Complaint handling
The management of the ExNB Certification Institute orders an out-of-court investigation in the case of complaints and any irregularities detected by the staff of the Institute. All complaints and appeals, together with the measures made available to us, are recorded in the registration system with a unique identification number.
We strive to eliminate the root cause, collect and verify all the necessary information to make a decision on the matter. Only those persons who are not involved in the certification activity related to the complaint participate in the review and approval of the organizer decision.
For the sake of impartiality, a person who has been employed by the complainant within two years, or who has advised him or her, is not involved in the investigation. We will take any measures that are necessary to resolve the complaint or appeal. The applicant will be formally notified of the outcome of the investigation of the complaint or appeal and of the completion of the investigation.
